How to perform the Clarity ritual
Begin before the rest of the world wakes. The Clarity ritual works most powerfully in the early morning — before the day's energy has accumulated, before the mind has been filled with other people's thoughts. Prepare your space first: open a window if you can, light the Clarity incense, and let the eucalyptus and mint clear the air before you step under the water.
- 01 Light the Clarity incense before your bath or shower — let the space fill with eucalyptus and mint
- 02 Hold the soap and state your intention aloud: what you are releasing, what you are calling in
- 03 Lather from the feet upward — clearing energy moves from earth to sky
- 04 As you rinse, visualise grey or clouded energy leaving the body with the water
- 05 Read your affirmation card as the final act, aloud, three times
