1. About These Terms

2. Our Products

All Avyaya Rituals products are handmade in small batches in India. Because they are handmade, there may be slight natural variations in colour, texture, weight, and appearance between batches. These variations are a feature of authentic handcraft, not a defect.

• Product images on our website are representative. Actual products may vary slightly.
• All soaps have a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture.
• The Manifestation Candle has an approximate burn time of 40 hours with proper care.
• Himalayan Ritual Bath Salts have a shelf life of 24 months.

Our products are cosmetics and wellness items. They are not medicines and make no medical claims. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, please review the ingredient list before purchasing and consult a healthcare professional if required.

3. Pricing

All prices on avyayarituals.com are in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay — we will not charge more after your order is confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We accept Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery for Indian orders.
• International orders are accepted via PayPal.
• Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, please contact us.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we accept returns for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery. Handmade cosmetics (soaps, bath salts, incense) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

All content on avyayarituals.com — including text, images, the Avyaya name, the lotus infinity logo, product names, ritual descriptions, and affirmation card content — is the intellectual property of Avyaya Rituals and is protected under Indian and international copyright law.
