How to perform the Protection ritual

- 01 Begin with intention — state clearly what you are protecting yourself from
- 02 Hold the soap and feel its weight: deep, grounding, powerful
- 03 As you lather, visualise a deep navy shield of light forming around your entire body
- 04 Pay special attention to the back of the neck and base of the spine — where energy leaks most
- 05 Seal the shield at the end: cross your hands over your heart and state your affirmation three times
