Every Avyaya product is made in small batches — never mass-produced. Each batch is prepared in a specific state of intention corresponding to its ritual, and charged with the mantras for that ritual. A Clarity soap is not just a soap with clarifying ingredients — it is made in a state of clarity, charged with mantras for mental focus and energetic cleansing. The ingredients, the maker's state, and the mantra practice are all part of the formulation. This is the practice, not marketing language.

Avyaya is organised around five sacred intentions: Clarity (cleanse, focus, and begin again), Abundance (invite prosperity and golden light), Protection (shield, ground, and restore your aura), Love (honour yourself with sacred care), and Rest (still the mind and restore the spirit). Each ritual has its own collection of products — soaps, candles, incense, diyas, and bath salts — all formulated and charged for that specific intention.

Most of our products are plant-based. The Panchgavya Diya Set is made with traditional panchgavya (five cow-derived substances — milk, curd, ghee, dung ash, and cow urine) which are sacred in Vedic practice. This product is not vegan. All soaps, bath salts, candles, and incense are vegan. If you have specific concerns, please WhatsApp us before ordering.

Our soaps are made with natural botanical ingredients and are free from synthetic fragrances, SLS, and parabens. However, individual sensitivities vary. If you have very sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend reading the full ingredient list on the product page before purchasing. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use. Please WhatsApp us if you have specific ingredient questions — we respond within a few hours.

Each affirmation card is hand-selected for the specific ritual you are beginning. The practice: pause for one conscious breath before reading it. Read it aloud — always aloud, never silently. Read it three times. Once to hear it, twice to feel it, three times to let it settle. Then place the card somewhere you will see it throughout the day — bathroom mirror, beside the bed, on your desk. The affirmation works not just in the ritual moment, but in every quiet moment of recall during the day.

Soaps: 12 months from date of manufacture. Candles: 18 months. Sacred Incense: 24 months. Himalayan Bath Salts: 24 months. Panchgavya Diyas: 12 months. All products should be stored away from direct sunlight and humidity. Soaps are best stored on a dry soap dish between uses.

No. All Avyaya products are fragranced exclusively with pure essential oils, attars, and natural botanical extracts. We do not use synthetic fragrance compounds. This is a deliberate choice — synthetic fragrance cannot carry ritual intention in the way that natural botanical essences do.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across India. We also accept payments via Razorpay — including UPI, net banking, and debit/credit cards. Yes. COD is available on all orders across India with no minimum order value.

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already been dispatched. Please WhatsApp us or email hello@avyayarituals.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.

We occasionally offer welcome discounts to new subscribers and loyalty offers to returning customers. The best way to receive these is to subscribe to our email list. We do not offer blanket discount codes publicly — each code we send is meaningful and specific.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within India typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) are usually at the faster end of this range.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 599 across India. Orders below Rs. 599 carry a flat shipping charge of Rs. 80.

Yes. We ship to the UK, UAE, USA, Canada, Australia, and several other countries on request. International shipping rates vary by destination — UK and UAE are Rs. 750–850, USA and Canada are Rs. 950, Australia is Rs. 900. Delivery takes 5–18 business days depending on the country. For countries not listed, please WhatsApp us for a quote.

Yes. Enter your recipient's address at checkout and we will ship directly to them. For gifting, you can also add a personalised handwritten note — just mention it when you place the order via WhatsApp or add it in the order notes at checkout. All Avyaya orders arrive gift-ready.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order ships. If you do not receive these, please check your spam folder or WhatsApp us with your order number.

We ship pan-India through our courier partners. Some very remote pin codes may not be serviceable for standard delivery — in those cases, we will contact you with alternatives. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, WhatsApp us before ordering.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the nature of our products (personal care, handmade in small batches), we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please WhatsApp us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Please WhatsApp us on +91 89561 63700 with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. We pack every order carefully, but occasional damage in transit does happen and we take full responsibility for it.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please share your account details when you contact us. For online payments, refunds are returned to the original payment method.

If the product is unused and in its original packaging, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to facilitate an exchange, subject to availability. Please note that shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the error was ours.

Yes. Every Avyaya order is packaged beautifully — no additional gift wrapping is needed. Each order also includes an affirmation card hand-selected for the ritual. If you want to add a personalised message, mention it in the order notes or WhatsApp us.

Yes. We accept corporate gift orders with a minimum of 10 sets. Corporate orders can include custom affirmation cards with your message or company name, consistent pricing with volume discounts from 25 sets, and branded packaging options on request. "Avyaya" (अव्यय) is a Sanskrit word meaning eternal, unchanging, limitless. It is one of the 1008 names of Vishnu in the Vishnu Sahasranama — describing that which is beyond decay, beyond time. We chose this name because we believe the practices that have anchored humans through centuries are not outdated — they are timeless. The ritual is eternal. The practice is unchanging. The intention is limitless.
