The four-step practice that makes it work
Before you read the card, pause for one breath. An affirmation read in a hurry passes over the mind without touching it. One conscious breath changes the quality of what follows.
Always aloud — never silently. The voice carries intention into the body in a way that mental reading does not. Even a whisper. The sound changes the state.
Once to hear it. Twice to feel it. Three times to let it settle. The third reading is always different from the first — something shifts between the first and the third.
