1. Order Processing
Every Avyaya product is handmade in small batches and packed with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is dispatched. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our studio.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard Delivery
- Delivery time: 4–7 business days from dispatch
- Shipping charge: Rs. 80 for orders below Rs. 599
- Free shipping: On all orders of Rs. 599 and above
- Coverage: All serviceable PIN codes across India
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on all domestic orders
- COD charge: Rs. 40 per order (in addition to any applicable shipping fee)
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order
Remote Area Delivery
Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access PIN codes may take an additional 2–3 business days. Our courier partner will notify you if your location falls in this category.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Canada, and Australia.
International Shipping Rates and Timelines
- UK and Europe: Rs. 850 — 7–14 business days
- UAE and Middle East: Rs. 750 — 5–10 business days
- USA and Canada: Rs. 950 — 10–18 business days
- Australia: Rs. 900 — 10–18 business days
International shipping rates are charged per order, not per item. For orders containing multiple products, only one shipping charge applies.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local charges levied by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee. We are unable to predict or control customs delays or charges — please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using this number. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt
- Email the photographs to hello@avyayarituals.com within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 5 business days of verification
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will raise an investigation with our courier partner.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, including PIN code and phone number, is correct at the time of ordering. Avyaya Rituals is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply if a shipment is returned to us due to an address error.
